Collaborate Real Estate Group is built on people. Their brand needed to feel as personal as the way they actually work with clients, online and on camera.

What we built

We produced a brand video to introduce the group, spotlight films to put real faces forward, and updated the website and property-management landing page so the digital experience matched the in-person one. We also keep their blog fed with content built for their CMS.

What changed

The system is doing the one thing that matters most: producing leads. Before we started, the site had never produced a single lead. Now it does, with qualified inquiries coming through within weeks of launch. The traffic backs it up: in the last month website visits more than doubled, up 143% over the period before, with growth from every direction, organic search, direct, and a Google Search campaign that brings in local property-management leads at about $1.28 a click. Social reach grew sharply across Facebook and Instagram alongside it. Real estate runs on being seen by the right people at the right moment, and CREG now is, on the website, in search, and in the feed.
